Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Design Engineer - Electrical
to lead the design and development of electrical systems for MEP projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed designs, load calculations, and drawings while ensuring compliance with local standards and coordinating with consultants and contractors.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design of LV/MV distribution systems, lighting, fire alarm, power systems, and ELV. Prepare and review electrical design drawings, schematics, and load calculations. Ensure all designs comply with Qatar Construction Standards (QCS) and project specifications. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers. Participate in design reviews, site inspections, and project meetings as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
(Master's preferred). Minimum10 years of experience in MEP electrical design
, with proven expertise in large-scale projects. Proficiency inAutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software
. Strong knowledge ofQatar Construction Standards (QCS)
and relevant international codes. Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.How to Apply:
