Senior Design Engineer ( Western Passport holder - For travel requirement)

Responsibilities and Duties:

Design, develop, and simulate mechanical components and systems. Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and technical drawings. Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and stress analyses. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, product development, and R&D. Select materials and components that align with design requirements. Optimize designs for efficiency, cost, and manufacturability. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during production or testing phases. Stay up to date with new technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Assessing a design brief to gauge the design requirements Conducting and/or using research on user experience and needs, current market trends and general functionality Developing solutions that solve user problems Determining whether a design solution is user-friendly, cost-effective and environmentally friendly Creating multiple iterations of design prototypes using computer-aided design tools Conducting rigorous usability tests and modifying the product based on the test results Evaluating design solutions against industry standards and regulations
Qualifications:

Must have a European/Western passport (For travel requirements) Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering

(or related field). Proven experience in design engineering, preferably in fiber-glass industry. Proficiency in

CAD software

(e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA). Strong understanding of

engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes

. Knowledge of simulation tools (e.g., FEA, CFD) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for collaboration and reporting. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience of 10 years+
