Job Description

Lead the preparation of architectural design concepts, detailed drawings, and technical specifications

Review and validate design solutions for functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and constructability

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and authority requirements

Integrate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and specialty disciplines.

Manage design deliverables across all project stages (concept, schematic, detailed design, IFC).

Supervise junior architects and design engineers, providing mentorship and guidance.

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients to meet project goals, budgets, and timelines.

Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and risk assessments.Ensure design documentation meets quality standards and is suitable for tender/construction.

Prepare authority submission packages and liaise with local municipalities for approvals.

Construction Support

Provide design clarifications and technical support during construction.

Participate in site inspections to verify design intent and resolve design-related issues.

Review shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Master's preferred).

Professional registration/licensure preferred (e.g., RIBA, AIA, UAP, MMUP/Qatar license).

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite).

Strong understanding of building codes, local regulations, and sustainable design practices.

Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
