Develop and refine architectural design concepts, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and landscape engineers.
Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and client requirements.
Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and technical presentations.
Support project documentation, tender packages, and construction detailing.
3D perspective and all related.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
Minimum
7-10
years of experience in
design
and consultancy firms.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion and and other design software.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Codes and local authority regulations.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Registered in Saudi Council of engineering
