We design, manufacture, assemble and integrate components for gravity-release guided systems, missiles and loitering munitions.
Role Purpose:
The DFAM Engineer should be an experienced design professional in the field of hardware, analogue-, digital-, power electronics, as well as firmware development. Hardware research and development considering product design requirements, functionality, manufacturability, assembly, and automation.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducting research and development activities on new- and current design ideas and technologies with technical specification of hardware/firmware design requirements, considering international standards, modern practices, acceptance, and qualification.
• Taking in consideration the complete design cycle, from concept, detail design, prototype development, product validation and qualification, as well as industrialisation.
• Using specialized design and drawing software to create electrical designs.
• Collaborating with projects managers and electrical design engineers to evaluate and implement up-to-date technology and materials to improve systems.
• Active participation with design reviews of, User Requirement Specification, Development Specifications and Interface Control Specification.
• Validation and verification of new design assembly components life cycle status, utilising reliable source, ensuring availability at affective cost.

Main Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years' experience in the hardware/firmware engineering domain.
• At least 3 years' experience in the certification/classification methodology of software
• Knowledge of hardware/firmware system/subsystem design with application in the precision guided munition domain.
• Bachelor degree in Electronic/Software engineering.
