Position Title: Sr. Demand Planner

  • Develop seasonal merchandise plans and assortment strategies for each brand, considering sales trends, historical data, and market insights. Develops a sales budget as a planning tool to forecast the quantity of products, company is expected to sell and the corresponding revenues that can be generated from such sales. Coordinates with Finance, brand teams to finalize the budgets.
  • Responsible for open-to-buy (OTB) planning that will help the company to determine how much inventory can be appropriate to buy within a specific period.
  • Develop product assortment plans by category, SKU, and location, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and customer preferences. Allocate merchandise to stores based on sales forecasts, store profiles, and inventory availability, maximizing sales potential and minimizing stockouts.
  • Analyze promotional performance and ROI, making recommendations for future promotional activities and pricing adjustments. Ensures that store visits are conducted regularly to capture real time data and assess situations at various stores.
