Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to
- Identify business problems and design ML/AI solutions
- Develop predictive, classification, NLP, or computer vision models
- Lead experimentation, hypothesis testing, and metric definition
- Deploy models to production using MLOps frameworks
- Mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with stakeholders
- Strong background in statistics and machine learning
- Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience with CI/CD and model deployment
