This is a senior-level position requiring 5+ years of professional experience. As a Senior Data Architect, you should be comfortable exploring complex datasets, building machine learning models, making foundational and architectural decisions, setting paradigms, providing mentorship and guidance, introducing new ideas and solutions, and helping improve the overall functionality, performance, and quality of the platform. On a daily basis, you will be interpreting requirements, writing and debugging code, setting up ETL pipelines, and collaborating with co-workers across the company. Qualifications & Technologies:

• 5+ years demonstrated experience helping organizations design or implement effective Data Management and/or Analytics programs in the cloud or on premises
• Hands-on experience in Cloud technologies such as:
  • AWS - S3, Glacier, EC2, Lambda, SQS, Redshift
  • Azure - Blob Storage, Cool Blob Storage, Virtual Machine, Functions, SQL Data Warehouse
• Experience working with Big Data platforms and tools such as (Hive, Cloudera, etc.)
• Experience working directly with business users and solving business questions with data
• In-depth understanding of database management systems and advantages & disadvantages of different types of systems (OLAP, OLTP, etc.)
• Strong experience with Data warehousing methodologies and modeling techniques
• Experience in working with Batch and Stream data integrations
• Experience in design or development of enterprise data solutions, applications, and integrations on a data platform
• Strong experience with ELT concepts & tools
• Sound experience in Python scripting to read & load data from
• Experience in handling semi-structured data (JSON, XML)
