Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and management.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficiency in Python (libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) for analysis and automated reporting.
- Solid knowledge of ETL processes and data transformation (data cleaning, preparation, and integration).
- Experience working with ERP/CRM systems or custom databases, with knowledge of integration techniques.
- Workflow analysis and modeling skills (familiarity with UML is preferred but not mandatory
