As a Senior Data Analyst specializing in Power BI, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making within the organization. This role involves leading analytical projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring junior analysts to drive business growth and optimize operations.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Data Analyst specializing in Power BI, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making within the organization. This role involves leading analytical projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring junior analysts to drive business growth and optimize operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop automated data collection and reporting processes using Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders/departments to identify business needs and requirements for data analysis.
- Design and implement data visualizations in Power BI to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and software tools to extract actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor data quality and identify data discrepancies and anomalies.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field).
- Previous experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong Proficiency in Power BI and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures.
