The Intelligence Instructor will serve as a trainer/instructor on all courses related to intelligence. The successful candidate will be a thoughtful and energetic communicator, have a practical knowledge of how intelligence is used within customer environments, and be able to use on-the-job experience and stories as educational tools.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute cyber intelligence courses to customer audiences, both in-person and remote
  • Build Relationships with other SME's throughout the business unit and enable them to teach
  • Deliver classroom training to a variety of technical audiences
  • Provide support for cyber security course development efforts, including product research, providing subject matter expertise, and training content review
  • Create, update, and maintain slide decks and lab exercises for customer-facing training
  • Assist with updates for course descriptions, syllabi, and other collateral pertaining to external education
Qualifications
  • In-depth and practical knowledge of cyber intelligence subjects including: Structured Analytic Techniques; familiarity with APT groups, Cyber Crime actors, Hacktivists, etc. and their TTP's; methods for establishing tactical, operational, and strategic attribution; methods for analyzing cyber artifacts and pivoting to open source tools to further analysis within network environments
  • In-depth knowledge of how to conduct intelligence-led investigations across multiple use cases.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time, including international travel (post-COVID; currently courses are executed remotely)
Additional Information
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencedesired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization and follow-up skills
  • Experience presenting findings to various levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly grasp highly technical concepts and clearly communicate these technical concepts in live presentations
  • Ability to coach students and assess their technical capabilities, processes, and procedures as they investigate simulated attack scenarios
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively within all levels of an organization
  • Able to function efficiently and effectively in a fast-moving and demanding environment
