Key Responsibilities Drives cyber growth strategy by utilizing risk expertise and knowledge of industry to tailor Marsh risk consulting, assessment, claims, incident response, and cyber placement services to clients and prospects\xe2\x80\x99 needs Markets Marsh cyber capabilities and current value proposition internally and externally Works effectively with regional and global cyber teams to enhance sales strategies and share ideas and collateral Works closely with Advisory to align and drive growth and capabilities with clients and prospects Partners effectively with other Specialties and Industry Leaders within Marsh to develop industry-tailored go to market solutions Identify unmet client needs (region, capacity, coverage, limit) and work with relevant subject matter experts to make the market in MENA Work with compliance on the approval of MGAs, Insurer security & TOBAs (main point of responsibility within cyber practice) Develops methods for the go-to-market strategy and provides input on pricing of services supporting client retention and new business production. Gains advanced knowledge to the firm\xe2\x80\x99s product lines by active participation in internal networks. Devises innovative solutions that address complex client needs. Insurer Placement Strategy & Intelligence: leverage our portfolio for the greater good of our clients: Maintain a deep and data-validated understanding of Marsh\xe2\x80\x99s Cyber business portfolio and that of our retail regions, i.e. market distribution, client base, income, opportunity and challenges Work closely with Cyber Placement leaders in other regions to tackle strategic placement issues as a global team Placement Models/ Segmentation - work with the regional leaders to design and implement more efficient placement operating models and segmentation strategy. Leverage data to provide insights to internal leaders and to the market. Lineslips and FacilitiesDevelopment of new and expanded Marsh solutions to address client needs Engagement with the appropriate stakeholders (i.e. product, legal, compliance, colleagues, network offices and clients) Creation and publication of relevant placement protocols, roll out plans, marketing material Role Requirements:

• University degree
• 3 to 5 years cyber broking experience is a must
