What you'll do:

Be the main point of contact for our existing clients - via phone and email. Provide professional support while building strong, long-term client relationships. Work with multiple internal systems to ensure smooth operations.
What you bring:

University degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration or other related field - an advantage. Native level in Korean. Previous customer service experience - an advantage. Strong English communication skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. Good command of MS Office.
