Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Manage reservation forms, SPAs, and all required sales documentation. Coordinate with the

Dubai Land Department

for Oqood registrations. Handle brokerage releases from Escrow accounts and manage related paperwork. Issue payment demand notes and ensure timely collections. Maintain and update the customer database and Salesforce CRM. Follow up with clients for payments and receipt issuance. Liaise with Accounts, DLD, and internal SPOCs for smooth process flow. Track the full customer lifecycle from booking to handover. Coordinate with project teams for apartment/flat handover. Assist clients with housing loan documentation (if needed). Send greetings and maintain strong customer interaction for retention. Provide clients with regular updates on site progress. Ensure all activities follow company SOPs and post-sales standards.

Key Performance Indicators

Timely resolution of customer issues. On-time execution of sales agreements. Payment collection and follow-up efficiency. Seamless handover process with minimal delays. High customer satisfaction and positive feedback. Accurate and timely updates in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

Education:

? Any bachelor's degree

Experience:

?2 - 4 years real estate experience (Dubai preferred)
? Strong background in post-sales, CRM, handover, and documentation
? Experience handling HNI clients is an advantage

Skills:

? Excellent communication and customer service skills
? Deep understanding of the real estate sales & post-sales process
? Basic knowledge of RERA and DLD procedures
? Strong coordination, follow-up, and multi-tasking abilities
? Salesforce experience highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,500.00 per month
