Senior Customer Lifecycle Manager (f/m/d) Dubai

Job Description

We are looking for a customer-centric and data-driven Senior CRM Manager to join the Blacklane Middle East team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to define the local retention strategy and set up the cross-channel communication functions of the role with support from our global CRM team. Your Challenge:
  • Manage strategic retention projects and campaigns from initiation until closure for both b2c and b2b segments
  • Ideate, brief, implement and optimise customer lifecycles and campaigns to activate, engage and reactivate Blacklane ME guests, using data-driven learnings and customer insights
  • Implement state of the art cross-channel communication using marketing automation technology (Braze) to drive growth in close collaboration with Brand and Product teams (channels: email, push notifications, in-apps, content cards)
  • Consult on best practices and use the latest functionalities provided by Braze
  • Analyse data, craft and present stories out of data, and communicate relevant insights to various stakeholders
  • Closely collaborate with the global CRM team to enhance automation, leverage data points and create hypothesis for optimisation
About You:
  • Your approach is customer-centric and data-driven, and you have a track record in successful implementation of cross-channel strategies and campaigns
  • You have advanced experience using marketing automation technology (Braze) and you master HTML when needed
  • You have advanced (agile) Project Management skills
  • It is a plus if you have experience with loyalty and referral programs
  • You have a genuine interest in the premium and in the travel / mobility industries
  • You are a strategic thinker and are willing to consider new ideas and approaches
  • You learn fast, have a proactive attitude and are a natural collaborator
  • You have excellent communication skills in English
