Description and Requirements

Join Lenovo as a Senior Customer Fulfillment & Logistics Professional! You will report to our Regional FF&GL Lead.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full order fulfillment cycle, ensuring accurate entry, timely delivery, and invoicing.
Coordinate with manufacturing, planning, and inventory teams to secure product availability and dispatch.
Act as the escalation point for customer delivery issues and exceptions.
Plan and optimize transportation for domestic and international shipments, ensuring cost efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL providers; negotiate rates and service terms.
Ensure compliance with shipping documentation, customs regulations, and export/import controls.
Monitor and report key KPIs (OTIF, lead times, backorder rates) and drive process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and provide strategic insights on logistics trends.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
7-10 years of experience in logistics, customer fulfillment, or supply chain operations, ideally in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Proven track record managing carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners.
Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. (Lean/Six Sigma is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
English and Arabic language necessary; Chinese is a plus.
