We are looking for a Senior Customer Experience Advisor who is fluent in English with a clear and professional accent, to join our on-site team in Tanger. If you are confident in your spoken English and enjoy working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, this is the opportunity for you. Your Responsibilities Manage and prioritize customer requests (phone, email, chat) in English, with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Handle sensitive or complex cases and ensure full follow-up until resolution. Work closely with internal teams (IT, Operations) to provide accurate and effective solutions. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience. Maintain clear, accurate documentation in the CRM and internal systems. Share best practices and contribute to the team's continuous improvement.
