Design, simulate, and validate crowd management strategies for both normal and emergency operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead capacity assessment and verification across hubs and park zones. Conduct crowd simulations using industry recognized software. Identify pinch points/heat maps and advise on mitigation measures. Develop evacuation and flow models for peak and emergency conditions. Integrate crowd planning with transport/traffic management.

EDUCATION:

MSc Crowd Science or similar. Proficiency with crowd simulation software (e.g., Mass Motion, Legion). Membership of recognized safety/crowd management institutes.

Profile

Minimum 8 years' experience in crowd dynamics, modelling, and event safety.

Proven experience delivering mega-event crowd planning in GCC. Hands-on experience with evacuation modelling and testing. * KSA experience a must
