Job Summary GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION INK Advertising, Abu Dhabi is seeking a full-time senior designer to provide conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion. The ideal candidate has formal education and/or a proficiency in design, web and multimedia software and applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite. This candidate is a creative thinker with a savvy design eye, capable of delivering creative for both corporate communications as well as consumer-facing executions. A willingness to move quickly and make decisions both as part of a team and as a project lead on your own will be key. Experience in a high-pace agency or multi-project freelance environment will be critical to the success of this position. This position will report to the Creative Director of INK Advertising, Abu Dhabi, and will operate as part of the marketing department, performing duties for both INK Advertising and our subsidiary brands when necessary. Job Type / Category DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design high touch collateral, brochures, animation, guideline lines, 3D, video files for INK Advertising, Abu Dhabi
• Work with Creative Director to execute creative design/concepts for print, motion graphics, and branding projects
• Supervise print production artists tasks
• Update various collateral, reports, brochures, logos, infographics, motion graphics pieces on a weekly basis
• Manage all web, graphic, branding and creative projects, like annual reports and brand guideline lines, logo, publications, illustration storyboard...etc
• Professional in adobe suite photoshop, illustrator, indesign and after effective
• Experience in layout, visual concepts, and brand guidelines in a must
• Design and prepare a infographic, motions graphic presentation with modern concepts and 2D layouts skills via professional applications

• Professional in after effects, and adobe programs
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines

• Work with Content Manager preparing assets (photo/video)

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications REQUIREMENTS

• 4-6 years of lead designer experience in graphic design and branding
• Highly experienced and skilled in all Adobe Suite programs (photoshop - illustrator/ indesign and after effects
• Experience in layout, visual concepts, and brand guidelines in a must

• Specialized knowledge of methods and techniques of graphic design and layout

SKILLS & ABILITIES * Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

• A savvy design eye from experience working on a variety of visual projects
• Have a compelling opinion on the needs of the project and able to work both with strong direction and operating in a vacuum
• Strong problem-solving skills in a design capacity
• Able to produce collateral and marketing materials/assets
• Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization and cross-departmentally
• Self-starter / self-motivated, capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions without supervision
• Able to prepare and present creative presentations.
• Able to keep team members working within established deadlines/timelines
