Key Responsibilities:
Cost Analysis and Control:

• Conduct detailed cost analysis for raw materials, production processes, and finished goods in the flexible packaging sector.
• Monitor and control production costs to ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Prepare and manage cost budgets for projects and production processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate financial forecasts.
• Analyze variances between actual costs and budgeted costs, providing actionable insights.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of cost data, pricing, and financial analyses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in costing, financial analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the flexible packaging or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and financial modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
