Job Description
SENIOR COST CONTROLLER : RESTAURANTS JEDDAH, KSA We have been retained by this expanding Restaurant Group in Jeddah to find them a Senior Cost Controller / Cost Controller. This is a new department which you would be setting up and as Cost Controller, you would need to have a sound grasp of cost control principles, inventory systems and be very action orientated. The cost controller would also need to be in the field (visiting restaurants) for a large majority of the time, so we are not looking for just a report producer : we need someone hands:on in the operations of the business. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required for this role. The ideal person for this Cost Controller role will currently be holding a similar job role in the Restaurants or F and B business and must have Gulf experience, if not Saudi experience which is preferred. The position is located in Jeddah, with work throughout the Kingdom and the candidate would need to be a Muslim, given the number of locations in and around Mecca. We do also require an Arabic speaker. Salary Package Offered: SAR16:17k pm plus 3 months bonus and a fully expensed car, plus standard benefits like medical, flights etc. Get in touch:
