Job Description
We Are Hiring: Business Excellence & Corporate Governance Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Corporate Governance Frameworks
Ensure organizational accountability, transparency, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Process Evaluation and Performance Optimization
Assess the effectiveness of existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Collect, analyze, and present performance data in structured formats to support continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Project Management
Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the line manager, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in business excellence, corporate governance, or IT-related roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Fluency in Arabic is required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
