Senior Coordinator - AFS Support

They do all that in a live environment and put customer service at the heart of it all.

What you'll deliver

You'll be responsible for filing all correspondences and documentation with regards to Police Medical of all AFS staff. Manage, plan and organise the staff medical requirements and scheduling for both airports and coordinate with AFS Operations Team

You'll be responsible for coordinating AFS store stock inventory, ensuring support of all stock is readily available, such as PPE, uniform, Foam, fire Hoses and Extinguishers. You will support the AFS Assets team on uniform issuing and re-issuing for all AFS personnel working within the department and administrate store requisition for AFS in line with budget.

You'll be responsible for coordinating approved safety procedures and training instructions, in accordance with DA HSE policy and DA AFS Learning & Competency Manual.

You'll be proactively supporting the Officer - AFS Support. and the team in a coordinating role, ensuring all Airside Passes, ADPs, Vehicle Passes is updated, and records are maintained.

You'll be responsible for coordinating and liaison for All da HR Workforce between AFS and HR & BT team.

What you bring

You'll be educated to a Diploma/Higher Diploma level, and a certificated in Business Administration is preferred.

You'll have at least 6 months to 3 years of overall & relevant experience.

You'll have knowledge of technical knowledge of office applications and business awareness.

You'll have knowledge of fire related terminology, equipment & specifications including DA departmental policies, procedures & processes.

You'll have to undergo administrative training on all DA systems.
