# Receive complaints from O.C.C related to accidents and breakdowns and to cover the shortage from the sparebuses fleet.# Perform field inspection on NOL Cards with the passengers inside the buses stations to guarantee thereduction of fees evasion and apply infractions for non-compliant as per applicable rules and regulations.# Monitor Health and Safety procedures and all equipment of all the users of bus stations, and all strategicstakeholders and customers.# Follow up buses break downs with maintenance workshops and ensure readiness for operation.# Perform other related duties as assigned# Participate in the events and activities to operate bus service in accordance with the best adopted standards.# Availability 24/7 in all bus stations.# Monitor drivers behaviors in field and their compliance with the dress code upon work receipt and their abilityto receive the bus and provide supplies to bus drivers to start work and launch as per programmed schedules.# Ensure coverage... of all lines with buses and drivers as per the approved schedules.# Liaise with OCC over any matter affecting the efficient and effective operation process including informingpassengers about the situation when buses are delayed and the likely time of the next bus to reduce late filingin accordance with strategic objective (Please People).# Receive drivers observations and suggestions and report them to the operations supervisor for clarification asper instructions.# Use new systems in the operation( e-transport -hastus-maximo - irregularities devices -NOL Card CheckingDevices )# Update bus service changes information and marketing material in accordance with instructions includingreporting of delays in the provision of advertising materials from other departments.# Monitor daily the investors and strategic stakeholders to ensure the tasks accomplishment as agreed.# Inform direct Operations supervisor - Bus Stations on any matter which could lead to improve quality ofservice provided.# Supervise and monitor the assets of RTA and to ensure that non-entitled users do not use them, andpenalize the offenders through issuing them with fine in accordance with approved rules and instructions andregulations.# Receive findings from drivers and customers in the stations and transfer them to the concerned department inaccordance with the procedures.# Implement instructions and circulars and change orders received form the management and ensure to informthe drives.# Deal with bus breakdowns, including reporting to OCC of any difficulties with operating the scheduledtimetable and inform the depot manager with observations regarding operation to meet customers'requirements as per the strategic objective (Please People).# Apply judicial investigations and participate in inspection campaigns on passenger bus stations offenders.# Conduct field training and support new staff working in bus station to improve and provide best services tocustomers.# Conduct field audits on air-conditioned passenger bus shelters and report on their conditions as per theapproved patrol in the department.# Ensure the validity of modern equipment and cleanliness of buses daily according to the approved program forwashing of buses.Education# High SchoolSkills# Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking. Arabic will be an advantage# Good listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.# 0-2 years relevant experience in a recognized organization.# Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.# Basic Computer-literate performer
