Senior Contracts Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated PMC Senior Contracts Engineer to join our PMC team for a major onshore oil & gas project. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of contract management, tendering processes, and commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage all contractual documentation related to EPC contractors and subcontractors.
- Lead the tendering process including pre-qualification, bid evaluation, and contract award recommendations.
- Monitor contractor compliance with contractual terms and obligations.
- Advise project management on contract risks, mitigations, and opportunities.
- Support change management processes, including claims, variations, and extensions of time.
- Liaise with legal, procurement, and project control teams for alignment on contract matters.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in contract management within the oil & gas sector, specifically 5+ years in GCC.
- Previous experience in a PMC role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office tools.
- Experience with ADNOC Preferred
