Administer and manage all contract-related matters throughout the EPC project lifecycle, from tender to close-out.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for
high-voltage substations

water transmission networks

sewerage pipeline projects
, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and client standards.
Prepare and manage claims, extensions of time, and variations in coordination with project and legal teams.
Liaise with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment of contractual deliverables with technical and commercial requirements.
Manage subcontractor agreements and ensure consistency with main contract terms, especially for MEP, civil, and utility relocation works.
Provide contract support during tendering, especially with government clients, and other UAE utility authorities.
Monitor project risk exposure, change orders, and potential disputes, advising management on mitigation strategies.
Ensure documentation, approvals, and contract correspondence are well maintained and auditable for internal and external review.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
