3+ years of relevant experience performing valuation and financial modelling work
Intangible assets as well as complex financial instruments valuation experience would be a plus but not a pre-requisite
Bachelor/Master's Degree from a reputable university
Professional qualifications e.g an accounting or valuation qualification (CA/CPA/ACA/CMA/ACCA), CFA, MBA, CBV, ASA etc. are preferred
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using Microsoft officeand various audit software
Commercially focused with the ability to deliver innovative solutions
Willingness and ability to work additional hours, as needed, and travel to various client sites
Enthusiasm to further develop and learn valuation techniques and methodologies
Strong business intelligence and foundation knowledge of latest industry trends
Should be proactive with staff and clients and be able to work under pressure to meet client expectations and deadlines
Strong interpersonal and presentation capability
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (Arabic will be a plus but not a pre-requisite)
Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural environment
Real estate valuation experience would be beneficial but not essential for this role
