Oracle Health's Revenue Cycle team in the Middle East and Africa partners with healthcare clients to improve operational and financial outcomes. About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead and support client engagements to design and deliver Oracle Health solutions, with a primary focus on the Registration (Patient Access) module. You will guide clients through workflow design, highlight interdependencies and downstream impacts, and ensure solution decisions align with operational and clinical needs.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on patient access and registration workflows, including operational and clinical touchpoints.
• Lead discovery, workflow design, and solution validation sessions; facilitate client meetings and events.
• Provide solution oversight and expert guidance to client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Drive client-specific configuration and design recommendations to meet workflow requirements.
• Identify, mitigate, and manage solution risks and issues; support troubleshooting and resolution.
• Execute workflow and process improvement strategies to enhance client outcomes.
• Contribute to internal initiatives (methods, tools, quality improvements, knowledge sharing).
• Work in accordance with Oracle and client security policies; protect corporate and client assets.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years combined higher education and relevant work experience, including:
• 10+ years in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, support, or client-facing HCIT solution roles
• 5+ years additional experience and/or higher education directly related to the job duties
• Deep expertise in patient access/registration workflows, including operational and clinical impacts.
• Enterprise Registration Management certification (Advanced level)
• Basic knowledge of Visual Basic
• Proficiency in Cerner Command Language (CCL)
• Expectations / Work Conditions
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE, or work from a virtually approved city.
• Willing to travel up to 80%.
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed, in compliance with local regulations.
• Adhere to corporate and organizational security and compliance policies.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
