Senior Construction Tech
Job Description
A Senior Construction Technician is responsible for supervising and supporting on-site construction activities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications and safety standards. This role bridges the gap between engineering teams and site labor, ensuring work is executed as planned and troubleshooting issues in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities and progress
Interpret and implement technical drawings, plans, and specifications
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure quality and timelines
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with standards
Maintain site documentation and prepare daily or weekly progress reports
Ensure safety protocols are followed by all on-site personnel
Assist in problem-solving for design or execution-related issues
