The Role: Impact & Responsibilities
As a Construction Manager for a Top Tier firm, you will be the linchpin of the project site, moving beyond basic supervision into strategic execution.
Strategic Execution:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring all phases--from substructure to fit-out--are executed to Grade-A standards.Stakeholder Mastery:
Act as the primary technical point of contact for prestigious clients, world-renowned consultants, and government authorities (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, RTA).Operational Excellence:
Manage a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and sub-contractors, optimizing resource allocation and workforce productivity.Innovation & Tech:
Implement cutting-edge BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Lean Construction methodologies to eliminate waste and maximize efficiency.HSE & Quality:
Uphold a "Zero Harm" culture and ensure the project meets international ISO and LEED sustainability benchmarks.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED22,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month
