Senior Construction Manager

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the construction team across multiple projects/sites. Plan, organize, and monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities. Review and approve project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project managers and engineers. Review contract documents and manage contractual obligations. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 8
-12 years' experience
in large-scale construction projects, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Proven track record inhigh-rise buildings, infrastructure, and large-scale developments
. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, project management tools, and contract administration (FIDIC knowledge preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.Job Type: Full-time
