Senior construction Manager Abu Dhabi We are looking for PMC Senior construction Manager with 20+ years of experience to be based in Abu Dhabi. for an onshore project. Job Specific Accountabilities Plan, Direct and Manage all aspects of the construction project in accordance with its contractual, budget, schedule and quality requirements to LNG project development. Manage all construction activities in accordance with their contractual, budget, schedule and quality requirements. Review the construction needs and drive its delivery within a timely manner, ensuring it meets the clientsaEUR(TM) expectations. Build and maintain relationships at all levels and act as an interface between the client, its contractors and subcontracts. Ensure the project team is aligned with projects requirements and the project is resourced as required to meet the demands of the project. Provide expert advice on construction activities, accurately reporting on progress as required. Support the construction manager with the execution of the construction works. Champion HSE programmes, to ensure all activities are carried out and aligned with the projects HSE goals, objectives, and targets. Understand the importance of safety, recognizing and rewarding safe behaviors and practices, accordingly; Ensure construction attains a high level of quality and that this is maintained throughout the duration of the project. Minimum Qualification BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in chemical/Petroleum Engineering or equivalent Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills a) Minimum Experience 20 years of experience, in Process Plant Operations in a LNG, petrochemical or oil & gas / process industry, 10 years of which in a Senior Management role for International Project Development with 3 years in similar position. b) Knowledge & Skills Demonstrated leadership, people management and team building skills Effective problem solving, delegation and decision-making capabilities Strong negotiation and influencing ability Effective strategic interpersonal communication skills People Development and knowledge transferability Corporate Reporting Experience Public Speaking & Presentation Skills If interested, please apply to the link below
