Job Description

Responsibilities include
Lead the conceptual design phase, translating client needs into compelling architectural concepts.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive project development.
Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design decisions.
Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine proposals.
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to integrate into designs.
Mentor junior architects and contribute to their professional growth.
Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software.
Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings.
Here's what you'll need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
Should have at least 8 years total experience; 5 years should be in the UAE
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
Should have strong experience in REVIT BIM
Extensive experience in architectural design and project management.
Strong creative vision and ability to think strategically.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
