Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the Design Manager to ensure architectural deliverables are of high quality, coordinated, and on time for all deliverables. Strong creative and conceptual design abilities. Expertise in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D visualization tools (V-Ray, Lumion). Excellent knowledge of architectural trends in residential and Commercial buildings. Ability to create compelling design presentations and deliverables.

A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual designs for residential and Commercial projects. Examples of innovative, modern, and sustainable design solutions.

Requirements

+10 years of relevant experience Pro-active, Design-oriented architect who has in-depth architectural detailing knowledge. Good leadership skills and a team player. Must have experience in producing high-quality concept designs. Candidate should be competent in the use of REVIT in designing and modelling. The competency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and photos would be beneficial Candidate should be experienced in the use of Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.) Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work with clients, and internal teams to refine concepts. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
