Position Overview
The Senior Concept Architect role at Azizi Developments is based within the Design 360 Studio in Dubai and leads the creation of high-impact architectural concepts across a diverse portfolio of residential, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use developments. Reporting to the Head of Concepts, this position shapes early-stage design vision, supports feasibility and master planning, and translates client and business objectives into compelling architectural concepts aligned with Azizi's brand and construction-driven approach.

Position Overview
Working from Azizi's Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards Office, the Senior Concept Architect contributes to landmark projects such as Burj Azizi, Azizi Venice, Monaco Mansions, and other major residential and lifestyle developments. The role involves close collaboration with architecture, structures, MEP, landscape, interiors, and supervision teams to deliver innovative, commercially viable, and visually distinctive concepts.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design phase, translating client, market, and business requirements into strong architectural concepts
• Develop feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design direction and planning strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams to ensure cohesive and buildable concept development
• Prepare and present architectural concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine proposals
• Develop detailed 3D models, visualizations, and renderings to clearly communicate design intent
• Integrate sustainability principles, current industry trends, and emerging technologies into concept designs
• Ensure concepts align with Azizi's construction-driven approach, cost awareness, and delivery strategy
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to skill development and design quality within the team

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum eight years of total professional experience, with at least five years in the UAE
• Strong experience in residential developments, with exposure to hospitality, retail, or mixed-use projects
• Advanced proficiency in design and visualization tools including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and strong expertise in Revit BIM
• Advanced capability in 3D and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Rhino, or similar platforms
• Proven ability to lead concept design, manage multiple projects, and work across disciplines
• Strong creative vision combined with strategic and commercial thinking
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
