Qualification : Bachelor of Architecture from Reputed University .
Experience : 8 to 10 Years with minimum 5 to 6-years in Dubai with reputed consultant.
Requirement: Preparation of concept design in accordance with local guidelines for high rise residential/commercial and hospitality projects . Facade development in 2d and 3d is a must
Should have good communication skills and command in English .
Software Knowledge : Auto cad , Revit , Sketchup , 3D Max, Lumion , Photoshop and Rendering Software.
Code : Knowledge of local regulations ,DBC ( Dubai Building Code )
Language : English - Arabic will be preferred
