Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Senior Commissioning Engineer (Lead) or Commissioning Manager

to oversee the testing, commissioning, and final delivery of MEP systems across our Riyadh-based projects. The successful candidate will bring

advanced expertise in MEP commissioning

in alignment with international and GCC local standards and be responsible for driving commissioning plans from pre-functional checks through to integrated systems testing and project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and execute MEP commissioning activities across multiple concurrent project sites (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems). Develop and review commissioning strategies, functional performance test procedures, and integrated system test plans. Coordinate with project management, QA/QC teams, subcontractors, and third-party agencies to ensure systems are delivered and commissioned according to specifications and compliance standards. Oversee and participate in troubleshooting and resolution of system-level issues. Maintain documentation and reports including Cx plans, progress trackers, punch lists, and final acceptance reports. Qualifications & Skills:

Mandatory:

Minimum 7 years of focused experience in MEP testing and commissioning within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Deep knowledge of international and local standards applicable to KSA, UAE, and wider GCC region. Strong technical and leadership skills in functional performance testing, balancing, controls integration, and documentation.

Preferred Certifications:

CSA Grade 3+

or equivalent commissioning authority credential.

NEBB CT

or equivalent commissioning technician certification.

LEED GA/AP

, Estidama, or other green building certification knowledge.

PMP

or

PMI-certified

is an advantage for candidates managing multi-site commissioning programs.

Additional Requirements:

Residency in

Dubai, UAE

with

project site in Riyadh

. Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus). Proficiency in MS Office, commissioning tools, and reporting platforms.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
