We are looking for a senior commercial financial analyst with strong operational experience in vehicle aftersales-related accounting and analytical support in automotive retail business. The role will partner with multiple stakeholders in KSA and USA to ensure accurate, complete and timely accounting, operational and analytical activities to support vehicle aftersales and parts business operations. The Role: Liaise with Service team to support them in their business operations for finance and accounting related tasks Review, analyse and ensure accuracy of work job orders (internal/ warranty/ repair/ maintenance) Verify and record customer payments received and link/ track them against the job orders Recognize revenue in SAP based on customer related job orders Analyse and maintain records of open job orders including their aging and status Update payment and invoice details in salesforce Ensure proper accounting of external and internal job orders Prepare Daily Job Order report for the management Reconcile Cost of Sales entries against Recognized Revenue and Internal & Warranty Jobs Recognize Revenue and Cost of Sales against Merchandise Items Sold Assist in Parts and Merchandise Inventory reconciliation Coordinate with US HQ counterparts for any additional operational/reporting requirements Special projects and other ad hoc assignments as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA, MBA and SOCPA preferred Minimum of 5 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in the automotive business Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) as well as finance, budgeting, cost control procedures Excellent time management skills, communication, decision making, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results Ability to develop strong partnerships and able to work with flexible work schedule to communicate with US HQ High proficiency MS Office/Excel, experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred Commercial Finance Accounting experience at an Automotive OEM or Dealership - a huge plus!
