Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Provide timely and accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to stakeholders.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential areas of risk or opportunity.
Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop reporting frameworks to track progress.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth and profitability.
Participate in the development of annual budgets and financial plans, including revenue forecasting and expense management.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to support business initiatives.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to inform analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on commercial analysis.
Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
