Your role
Line Manager: Head of Claims and Collection
To manage mid-size to large claims and collections including assessment, settlement and risk mitigation
To manage relationship internally and externally including communication of claims assessment decisions and debt recovery plans
Your challenge
Ensure an appropriate service level per segment which support customer satisfaction objectives
To ensure a perfect coordination with Collection teams in order to mitigate loss and maximize recoveries for the company from the potential failures or failure of companies where we are exposed.
Key responsibilities/What you do
Engage in the management of mid-size and large claims
Contact and communicate effectively with customers and debtors to negotiate and implement debt recovery plans
Provide professional, efficient and effective claims assessment / settlement service in line with AZ Trade Claims and Collections Guidelines and T&Cs
Communicate and monitor procedures, rules and guidelines to ensure acceptable level of compliance and control
Ensure appropriate communication with Commercial regarding claims partially/not covered
To be the company\'s technical expert on claims assessment, policy compliance and related matters in order to ensure internal and external clients satisfaction
Contribute to the commercial actions of development of customer loyalty
Key requirements/What you bring
Business expertise:
Excellent claim assessment skills, detailed knowledge of local legal and insolvency practices and working knowledge of international practices.
Detailed knowledge of EH products, systems and working practices.
Detailed knowledge of customer practice and competitors products which enables identification of business improvement opportunities
Interpersonal skills:
Excellent project and change management skills / Good communicator (internal/external)
Educational requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degrees in Finance or related field
Business English Fluency
