Job Description

The Senior Civil / Structural Engineer will be responsible for civil and structural engineering activities during engineering, construction, and commissioning phases of oil & gas EPC projects. The role involves a mix of office-based engineering and site-based construction support.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and develop civil and structural design documents, drawings, and calculations.
Participate in FEED and detailed engineering reviews.
Prepare and review technical specifications, BOQs, MTOs, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams (Process, Piping, Electrical, etc.).
Review contractor and vendor drawings for compliance with project standards.
Ensure designs comply with international codes and standards (API, ACI, BS, Eurocode).
Provide engineering support during construction at site.
Supervise and monitor civil and structural works (foundations, concrete, steel structures, pipe racks, buildings).
Resolve site engineering issues, RFIs, and technical queries.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure safe execution of works.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil / Structural Engineering.
15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
Strong experience in FEED, detailed engineering, and construction support.
Proven exposure to onshore/offshore facilities, brownfield and greenfield projects.
Good knowledge of international engineering codes and standards.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
