We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Project Manager (Civil)
to lead, coordinate, and manage our construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and deliver civil construction projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline. Supervise and coordinate the work of engineers, site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Review and approve project designs, drawings, and technical documents. Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for smooth project execution. Prepare progress reports and present project status to senior management. Ensure quality assurance and adherence to industry standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage). With
Dubai Municipality Unlimited License and SOE certificate
Minimum10+ years
of experience in civil construction, with at least5 years in a managerial role
within a contracting company.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
