Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Civil / Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in internal roads and infrastructure design to join our dynamic engineering consulting team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate road and infrastructure projects from design through to implementation, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, design, and execution of internal road infrastructure projects, including grading, drainage, pavement, and utility coordination. Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and reports. Ensure designs are compliant with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM), Department of Transport (DoT), and relevant authority standards. Coordinate with clients, contractors, government agencies, and internal teams. Prepare technical documentation, BOQs, and cost estimates. Conduct site inspections, provide technical support during construction, and resolve design-related issues. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's is an advantage). Minimum 8 years of experience, with a strong focus on internal roads and infrastructure works in UAE. Proven experience in UAE infrastructure projects, particularly in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software. Thorough understanding of local authority regulations, including ADM, DMT, DOT. Excellent communication, coordination, and project management abilities. Proficiency in English and Arabic language is preferred.
