12+ years
of UAE experience, preferably at an Estimator Manager level, with a strong background in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs based on project drawings and specifications.
Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with project requirements.
Source competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Develop pricing strategies and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Support the tendering process and maintain up-to-date pricing databases.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 12+ years' UAE experience in civil estimating, with managerial-level exposure preferred.
Strong knowledge of local market rates, materials, and subcontractors.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
