Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the entire kitchen team efficiently.
Prepare and oversee cooking of
Kerala / Malabar dishes
(Porotta, Dosa, Biryani, oil-based curries, etc.) and
North Indian cuisine
(tandoor, gravies, kebabs, etc.).
Plan daily menus and maintain consistent taste and presentation.
Ensure compliance with
UAE Municipality hygiene and safety regulations
.
Manage kitchen inventory, reduce food waste, and control costs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
Train, motivate, and guide kitchen and support staff for high performance.
Work closely with management to plan menus, specials, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum
8 years of UAE experience
as a Head Chef or Senior Cook.
Proven expertise in
Kerala / Malabar
and
North Indian
cuisines.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards.
