Chef de Partie

to join the One&Only team at

One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort's success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships where you will be assigned to the tasks in accordance with the standard operating procedures as implemented by the Sushi Master / Executive Chef. He/she is responsible for managing the kitchen section assigned to him/her, ensuring all culinary operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. He/she must uphold strict hygiene and sanitation practices and ensure that all food preparation areas consistently meet regulatory and company requirements. The role includes maintaining proper stock levels, monitoring food usage, and ensuring accurate inventory of both ingredients and operating equipment within the section. Effective coordination with other departments and clear communication with the kitchen team are essential to maintaining smooth operations. He/she also plays an active role in training, coaching, and developing junior staff to maintain strong kitchen performance and service quality. He/she supports the outlet in achieving targeted food costs by following standard recipes, minimizing waste, and ensuring correct portioning. The position requires leading by example, motivating the team, and enforcing established service and production standards throughout daily operations.



Suitable candidate must be highly qualified and must have at least 2-3 years' experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. He/she must have a strong attention to details, flexibility, creativity and must be able to work under pressure. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English is a must. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
