What You'll Do

• Translate Al-Futtaim's AI vision into actionable change management priorities and frameworks across divisions and corporate functions
• Develop and implement change management strategies to drive adoption of AI tools at both employee and department levels
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders for successful adoption
• Lead execution of change initiatives including stakeholder engagement roadmaps, communication strategies, training and coaching plans, and risk management plans
• Craft compelling and engaging change communications across intranet, Teams, and other internal channels to increase awareness and usage of AI solutions
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, secure buy-in, and foster advocacy for the Group AI agenda
• Monitor adoption levels, report progress to leadership, and provide insights on AI usage, employee engagement, and communication effectiveness
• Track, escalate, and mitigate risks associated with people and organizational impact during AI-driven transformation initiatives

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of change management experience, ideally in technology-led transformation projects
• Proven track record in managing large-scale transformation programs within complex organizations
• Change management certifications (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) are required
• Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation programs
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and risk management capabilities
• Emirati national with deep understanding of organizational change and cultural dynamics within UAE-based enterprises
