Layer and contour ceramic materials to replicate natural tooth anatomy and shade.
Match tooth color using shade guides and digital imaging systems.
Collaborate with dentists, lab managers, and other technicians for case planning and troubleshooting.
Inspect completed restorations to ensure they meet quality and fit standards before delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of ceramic workstations and equipment.
Guide and mentor junior ceramists and technicians in best practices and lab protocols.
Stay up to date with industry advancements, materials, and technologies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a dental ceramist.
In-depth knowledge of ceramic materials and restoration techniques.
Strong understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
