Senior Commercial Specialist
The Commercial Specialist will own and manage our commercial product base categories. As a Senior Commercial Specialist, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to plan, develop, source and manage procurement arrangements to effectively meet business objectives. You will identify trend classification and winning products within the UAE.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• You will Introduce winning products to Taager\'s portfolio within our commercial categories.
• You will set the pricing strategy of the SKUs and define the price.
• You will review the category\'s main data points (orders, conversion rate, no. of sold pieces, GMV, new winning SKUs, inventory DOH, demand forecasting) to ensure proper management of the category.
• You will collaborate with the Vendor Management team to source new suppliers as well as to ensure the inventory of products with our suppliers.
• You will collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure merchants\' product requests are planned and fulfilled.
• You will manage and own the SLAs process to upload new products to the website.
• You will collaborate with different teams (Product Management, Creatives, Sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
• You will utilize qualitative and quantitative research within the region to determine customer expectations, needs, preferences, style, product pricing, shopping motivations and product demand in terms of basic, commercial and trend classification.
• You will understand the insights of different \'personas\', plan and allocate processes in a timely manner.

What will make you successful:
Must have:

• You have at least 2 years\' experience in the e-commerce field in the Gulf market.
• You have hands-on experience in managing and maintaining an e-commerce website.
• You have excellent communication & calibration skills.
• You have strong analytical skills.

Nice to have:

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in commerce or business
