Key Responsibilities

1. Merchandise Planning: Determine category plans based on data and trends, create 2 annual plans; lead annual/quarterly strategies, set structure, pricing and core directions.

2. Market Insight: Analyze UAE users' preferences and trends, explore demands; research local market, propose development needs for missing categories.

3. Procurement Management: Select products based on Middle East market, lead purchasing decisions; coordinate OTB budget, approve orders; set budget by performance, responsible for annual product selection.

4. Operation Follow-up: Issue strategic analysis reports, adjust strategies to achieve performance; track new product logistics, set launch rhythm; formulate marketing strategies, follow up sales and conduct analysis.

5. Product Replenishment: Lead replenishment, ensure alignment with strategy.

6. Inventory Management: Develop inventory optimization strategies, coordinate transfers, approve clearance plans; control costs and turnover, adjust ordering rhythm to maintain stable inventory.

7. Evaluation & Improvement: Establish product evaluation mechanism, manage life cycle; conduct regular analysis and diagnosis, propose improvement measures.

8. Display Management: Set display standards, guide layout, review plans.

9. Team Management: Manage team, set goals and assessments, lead team to meet targets.

Work Requirement?

1. University degree or above.

2. 5+ years of experience in Beauty and skin-care retail industry.

3. Familiarity with retail operations, including logistics and cross-departmental workflows.

4. Basic statistical and data analysis skills.

5. Proficiency in ERP systems, WPS, Excel, PPT, and Word.

6. Strong responsibility, alignment with company values, and teamwork spirit.

7. Excellent communication, coordination, planning, execution, and stress management skills.

8. Willingness to work overtime and travel short-term with high resilience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
